I have achieved Distinctions in Construction law and also Building Maintenance and Refurbishment in the Course of Bachelor of Applied Science (Built Environment) in 2010. These two subjects are crucial in dispute resolution. I have gained Continuing Professional Development points as a current Registered Building Practitioner No CB-L26268 (low rise) http://www.vba.vic.gov.au. Later, the above course was combined into Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics (emphasising Commercial Building). This also included two domestic building subjects, Anatomy of A Domestic Building and Managing A Domestic Project.
